HAND EDIT OF ,v FILE!!!!
Pull out all of the NANPA information from the ,v file, as it makes it far too
painful to check this file in and out of RCS. This change is tracked in
RCS/rolodex.lib,v-nanpa.diff, so it should be possible to revert it if I
actually fucked up the numbering.
