Is now pretty slow and unwieldy with all the per-exchange data.
Probably should be modified to read that data from a seperate file,
perhaps even directly in the format from www.nanpa.com.
This is mostly a placeholder bug for me to look at it, but
other people can "fix" it if they wish.
