Hm. Exmh runs "repl -help" early on, to detect the version of [n]mh
present, and fails to notice that repl is hanging forever waiting for the
user to answer the question about creating their mh Path directory.
There's a quick fix I can apply, but before doing so I'm going to see if
a newer version of exmh has the same bug.
