Garry changed dvi2tty.c to use /bin/more as a fallback instead of
/usr/ucb/more, and I've just built binaries for sun4, sgi_65, and i386_linux3.
I also built it for i386_nbsd1 with the code hacked to use /usr/bin/more, since
NetBSD doesn't have a /bin/more. These changes will be effective at the next
release of the sipb locker, just under 24 hours from now.
