Hi,
Thanks for reporting this; the problem is that dvi2tty is
hardcoding /usr/ucb/more as a path to a pager program in the event that
the $PAGER environment variable isn't set in the environment of the
user running the program. A quick work around for you is to put the
line:
setenv PAGER more
in your .environment file. You'll need to log out and back in again for
this to take effect.
The program should have a fallback pager program that exists on
modern Athena platforms; it will need to be recompiled for this to
happen. We'll do this over the next couple of days and send you mail
when the problem is fixed.
