I might have suggested this before, but I've forgotten:
Many users leave stopped LaTeX jobs around because (as far as I can
tell) they get a TeX error, panic, ^C fails, and they don't know to
type "X". "X" should be better documented, and the warning saying
it's really not bad to leave stopped jobs around should be changed --
many users run out of swap space due to leftover LaTeX jobs.
