Pine is configured to use the standard unix-style mailbox.
(Any temptation to make users' default inbox be the same as their
MH inbox was quickly quashed, both by the inherent slowness of MH,
and by the fact that pine doesn't understand how to tell when a
MH message is seen or not, so it labeles all things as "unseen".)
