For exmh, I dealt with that issue by having exmh use athdir to
locate the infoagents locker's mailcap and mime.types files. The
drawback of those files is that they assume that the user has a
number of lockers attached to their workstation.
For pine, I took those mailcap files, and rewrote them to use
attachandrun. I put the single resulting file in
/mit/sipb/share/mailcap. At the present time, this mailcap file
is as complete as the infoagents locker's mailcap files. Perhaps
they will grow out of sync with each other in the future.
