webster no longer works on i386_linux2 machines

For some reason that isn't clear to me, webster for i386_linux2 was
rebuilt on December 2, but it was rebuilt on an i386_linux3 machine.
This causes it to no longer work on lots of existing machines, and
particularly any i386_linux2 machine. This is extremely bad and should
be fixed.
