exmh will automatically deal with mime-encoded mail, but if print is
clicked, the mime-encoded version will get printed, rather than the
decoded one, which the user is looking at. This seems to violate the
principle of least surprize.
Also, the lack of acknoledgement after clicking on the print button seems
to lead people to print lots of extra copies. this, however seems to
be poor deseign, rather than a bug.
