Hi,
I have trouble knowing what to make of that message.  The error
message you quoted is the type of error that the "attach" command
would return, but exmh does not call attach when it runs.

I would hypothesize two things that might be going on:
 You have an alias or a shell script for exmh, that calls "attach".
 On the machine you sent the bug report from, the "sipb" locker
  is already attached, on /miy/sipb.

I'd recomment trying it on another workstation.
