People were complaining about the noise level from tik so I moved the
sounds out of the folder it expects to find them and into a folder
named media-noisy. tik seems to deal with this cleanly enough and not
spew errors. Instructions will be forthcoming on how people can
reenable the sounds if they so desire as soon as I have time to deal.
I asked Garry to do a release of the volume...
