The bug-sipb mailing list is for questions about software in the sipb locker
on Athena. You probably want to use the sipb@mit.edu mailing list for
questions such as this.
(that is, in the future. For now, I will answer :)
You should try 617-258-7000, the original Athena dialup number. If I recall
correctly, 258-7096 was introduced when the 9600 baud modems were new and
exciting.
