Yeah, I think if we were going to rename SIPB's xscreensaver, we'd
want to do it like:

  1) Rename xscreensaver and put a wrapper script informing people
     of the change

  2) Wait an appropriate length of time

  3) Release 8.3 with jwz's screen saver as "xscreensaver" and make
     the sipb "xscreensaver" script go away

The problem is that there are probably already people who either have
left for the summer or won't log in on a workstation again before
leaving for the summer, and therefore who wouldn't get the
notification about the xscreensaver rename before 8.3 went public.
