I noticed that SM is installed in the SIPB locker and that you're the
maintainer. I have a few questions, could you please answer them?
1) What are the licensing terms on SM? Can I install it on my own
computer if it's on MITNet?
2) When I try to use the source in /mit/sipb/src/sm2_4_0, I can't seem
to compile in any devices other than X11 (the config script does not
give me that option). How would I compile in a postencap device?
