At nygren's request, per discussion on bug-sipb, the volume
sipb.linux3 has been created and mounted with 35m quota. I don't have
time to populate with symlinks now, but anyone can do that. Since I'm
not populating, I am not pointing arch/i386_linux3 at the new volume.
Replication sites have been created, but I see no reason to release
the volume at this time. IT will happen naturally this evening.
I talked to zacheiss, and he said he could see to talking to someone
about the Athena cell.
