Currently, snorkelwacker.mit.edu is listed first, and
portnoy.mit.edu second, in the hesiod information about the webster
service.
The sipb would like this changed so that portnoy is listed first,
and snorkelacker second. If possible, it would be good for this
change to happen as soon as possible, because snorkelwacker is hosed
running news and is having a tough time servicing webster requests.
