So, around this time of year sipb typically finds lots of new faces, eager to
explore IAP by spending far too much time in the SIPB office..
We should capitalize on this, and come up with a list of things that should
be installed/updated in the sipb and outland lockers (or elsewhere, if it
fits..)
Submit your favorites! If it gets to be a lot of stuff, we'll get someone
to volunteer to collect and organize suggestions.
