Short version because I'm at the airport on a crappy keyboard.
Mail has been bouncing with some annoying frequency to fortune@mit.edu
due to a misconfigured KUBLA-KHAN.MIT.EDU. The moira list 'fortune'
contained exclusively 'bug-sipb', which contains many people either
on vacation, not wanting to receive annoying bounces, or both.
Further, 'fortune-acl' contained only ambar, making it difficult to remove
bug-sipb.
After querying class sipb for objections, at my request zacheiss removed
bug-sipb from fortune, and added gsipb to fortune-acl (as fortune is a SIPB
service fallen somewhat into disrepair, and we should have more ready
control over it.)
bug-sipb should stop receiving annoynig bounces after tonight's DCMs.
