My name is Cloriza Lomeli, Assistant Director of Business Development. I
work for GLHN Architects & Engineers Inc. in Tucson, AZ. We have been
members of APPA for a few years and are very active in the Rocky Mountain
Association of APPA. Our firm houses Architecture, Mechanical, Electrical,
and Civil Engineering. At this year's National APPA Conference in
Cincinnati, Bill Nelson, P.E. and I will be presenting on Utility
Development Plans (UDP) for Campus Infrastructure. We are very interested
and experienced in campus infrastructure projects in the Higher Education
field. We have worked at the University of Arizona and Northern Arizona
University for a number of years. We have prepared a UDP for Gary Reynolds
at Colorado College and have done major infrastructure projects for the
University of Illinois at their Urbana Chapaign and Chicago campuses.
In my position, here at GLHN, I am in charge of creating a 5 year plan for
the Firm. We are temping to take a proactive approach to the market by
broadening our geographical area to include MIT. We are interested in the
projects MIT may have in their 5 year Capital Improvement Plan. I would
appreciate any information on how I may obtain a CIP for MIT. I will be
glad to take care of any monetary issues that may incur. Thank you for your
