The initial problem the the user was seeing was actually due to
the question mark in their draft-folder name.  A regexp
substitution routine was choking on it, treating the "?" as a
special character rather than plain text.  I bashed it into
shape, only to discovere that Tcl *does* fail on the whitespace
(in a different place).

Whee.

I *think* that I managed to fix the whitespace problem as well,
but I'm not confident enough in my solution to apply it to the
sipb locker version of exmh yet.
