The person called the office later, and the problem was solved by
zephyr on class sipb...
The problem was that the user had "Draft-Folder: So What?" in their
~/.mh_profile, and exmh failed to quote the directory name properly
when they hit the Compose button. Most users probably wont run into this
problem, since few people use spaces in file or directory names, but it
might be nice to fix it anyhow. (Plain mh appears to handle spaces in
folder names just fine.)
