For informational purposes, people may be interested in knowing
that exmh currently has some form of dependency on files in the
sipb, tcl, mime, infoagents, pgp, and gnu lockers.
My only opinion is that I want people to be able to run exmh from
the sipb locker rather from some more obscure locker; I don't
really care if tcl is in the sipb locker, or a wapper script in
the sipb locker launches exmh from somewhere else.
