Well, jhawk, perhaps you don't recall the history, but
exmh used to be in the tcl locker, and was moved to the
SIPB locker because people thought it would make a valuable
sipb program.
Now, I don't know what you view as a solution, but putting
another full install of Tcl/Tk in SIPB seems silly. I suppose
you could argue that the tcl locker needs maintenance (it certainly
does) but I think that depending on the tcl locker in this situation
makes sense..
do you also believe that no perl scripts should rely on the perl
locker and that we should therefore install perl in the SIPB
locker (or move all perl scripts out of the SIPB locker?)
