moving gameserver sources to sipbsrc; moving chat to snorkelwacker

I have moved all of the sources to the gameserver, mboggle, chat,
and conference (we don't use conference right now or have binaries for
it compiled, but the sources are there) from my workstation to
sipbsrc. I have also cleaned up the Makefiles significantly, compiled
and installed binaries for all platforms, so I know that the sources
in sipbsrc work.

I have also changed the chat binary so that it will now look to
snorkelwacker instead of charon, and installed a chatmaster on
snorkelwacker. This is because once we start frobbing with charon to
exchange it with something bigger and better, we won't want to worry
about something like the gameserver until much, much later.

Now that mboggle and chat are both running on snorkelwacker, charon
does not need to run a gameserver anymore. Come somebody with the
appropriate bits kill the gameserver and charon and delete the
gameserver start-up from /etc/rc? Note that this shouldn't be done
until the new sipb filesystem changes are released, i.e. after
midnight tonight.

  jik
