It turns out that we have a contrib.sipb.src volume in the Athena cell
for the sources. I think that volume should go away because sipb.src
in the SIPB cell is larger than contrib.sipb.src in the Athena cell,
and we don't really need to copy the sources. However, unmounting the
volume and sending mail to afsreq to ask that the space be deallocated
is something I don't think would be appropriate to do without more
time for input.
I removed some old cruft in machtype/rt|vax|hp, which was
being ignored by the rconf file but had not been deleted out of
Athena's copy when the ignore line was added.
