I'm not sure if this is who I email for help, but I really could
use some!
I seem to have done something bad while using Netscape. The computer froze for
a long time-after I asked it to print a page of a document, so I turned it off.
Now it won't let me pull up the documment in Netscape or open Mosic
What should I do?
