XFig problem

Hi,
First off if this is not the right place to ask this
question. I ma sorry, please direct me to the right place.
Otherwise here is my problem.
I am trying to do something that I was able to do succesfully
before; run Xfig on athena and display it here at Haystack.
Here are the steps I followed
1. on my m/c
hertz sinan 42% xhost + athena-x.dialup.mit.edu
2. On athena
What DISPLAY are you using [default: none]? hertz.haystack.edu:0
Setting DISPLAY to hertz.haystack.edu:0
3. athena% add sipb
athena% xfig &
[1] 3884
athena% ld.so.1: xfig: fatal: libresolv.so.2: can't open file: errno=2
[1] Killed xfig

I was able to display Xfig here before without any problems.
Could you please tell me if I did something wrong this time.
