child process exited abnormally

This is probably due to PGP 5.0 keys or something. If PGP exits abnormally,
exmh should attempt to display the contents of the file. Probably, exmh
got confused by pgp's exit status and thought the file was not displayable,
but it was, so displaying it reguardless would probably be a good idea.
