Someone should make sure that we have a working buildable version of
the webster server in the new source tree, before the old one is blown
away. (The server currently runs on 3 DECs off of local disk and
almost certrainly isn't installed ion the locker.) I do not expect to
have time to deal with this in the next few weeks.
