as part of the change over to the new sipb locker, sipbsrc will
change. /afs/sipb/project/sipbsrc still exists in it's `old' form,
and is not what is being used by the new locker (that latter is
/afs/sipb/project/sipb/src, but it will take sipbsrc's place
eventually). In order to conserve space, I'd like for people to clean
out old build trees that they might have in sipbsrc, and perhaps
consider supporting the programs in the new sipb locker, if it seems
worthwhile (or ask someone else to do so). In a week or two, I'll
make a sweep through and remove all the build trees. Sometime in the
future, after we're sure that the `old' sipbsrc is committed to tape,
it will be decommissioned.
So, again, if you have anything in a BUILD tree in sipbsrc that you
want saved, please go save it.
