Ah, I see... so you have access to the `normal' athena xdvi, but you
need to use the SIPB one for some reason? Ok, that's more clear.
The plan was that all of the [La]Tex stuff would move out of the sipb
locker, since Athena started supporting it a few years back, and that
we'd put the new, more bleeding-edge stuff in a locker named
`newtex'. Unfortunately, the newtex people got busy with other stuff
and don't have xdvi and/or dvips installed yet. We'll put them in the
new sipb locker, at least until we reach a better decision about what
we want to do.
