	There is some buggy allocation going on in src/comment.c,
which is buggy regardless of -DPRERELASE. Nevertheless, we should
probably nuke the comment card altogether. If you try to submit one,
you get a message from their server saying that they don't want any
more comments. Additionally, turning on -DPRERELEASE gives the ugly and
not-entirely-accurate "Warning: This is a prelrelease" page the first
time it is started. Since we're trying to support this program, that's
wrong.
