http://www.shsu.edu/tex-archive/archive-tools/macutils/hexbin/ was the
second match at www.lycos.com.

Some of the text found by running strings on the sun4m_53 binary in
outland matched text from the files in that directory. So, on the
basis of that or perhaps some more rigorous attempt at compilation or
decompilation, someone might want to copy whatever source code is
needed from /tex-archive/archive-tools/macutils to /mit/outland/src.
