Several peopel reported webster intermittantly hanging. The problem
was that portmap had died on charon. I restarted portmap and killed
websterd (so init would start a new one). The problem seems to have
gone away.
bug-sipb: I don't know how long this has been broken, and I don't know
if there have been any recent reports, since I'm way behind on my
bug-sipb mail. If there were, someone might want to send a reply.
