hey
i use the ``whats'' program in the sipb lock a lot
but i think there are a couple major flaws with it
(well, maybe just one :)
i think that it's silly that joeuser can run:
whats foo
where foo ISN'T in the database, and thusly joeuser is prompted:
What does FOO stand for?
because joeuser doesn't have the correct acl's to add an entry to the
database
so..i think that joeuser should be able to add entries to the whats
database...i.e. anyone on athena can add something if they want
basically, you should either change the permissions (which i think
should be done), or make it so that joeuser isn't prompted as such
i dont' think that this database takes up too much space, so it probably
wouldn't hurt to let anyone be able to add to it

just a suggestion ... :)

thanx
