When trying to access news in the SIPB locker, xrn aborts with
"The news server is not responding correctly" and "Note: This machine
does not have permission to post articles. Please don't waste your
time trying."
Is there a data base we need to be added to?
In fact, there is an access list which controls who can connect to
bloom-beacon. I've fixed it so that your machines should be able to
access news now. Thanks for bringing this problem to our attention!
