[5369] in SIPB bug reports
NetBSD trn couldn't save articles

...Because /mit/sipb/lib/trn/inbsd/norm.saver tries to use
"/usr/ucb/tail" rather than "/usr/bin/tail".
So:
1) I fixed "norm.saver" and "mbox.saver" in
/afs/.sipb/project/sipb/lib/trn/inbsd/.
2) I noticed that /mit/sipb/src/inbsd contained build trees for
trn-3.4.1 (built by me) and trn-3.6 (built by Martha), but the older
version was still installed. So I went to the newer version and did
"make install", blowing away the changes of step 1. Anyway, it seems
to work ok now.
