Err... actually, it's a lot more complex than that..
If you want to specify resources, I would suggest playing
with Mosaic-BETA (which doesn't have the multi-localization enhancement,
which is the reason resources are messy in the first place).
If you want to play around, look at
/mit/sipb/lib/app-defaults/Mosaic
(though I believe people have had trouble with that too)
