The following came into Software Suggestions (your truly has volunteered to
do triage). Since 'ispell' seems to be both in /usr/athena/bin and in the
sipb locker, I'm not sure which one needs updating.

If you are going to provide ispell, then you should at least provide a
more up to date version... The machines are still running version 1 or
version 2. (essentially unchanged from 1987!!!)
a) Perhaps this can be updated to version 3.1...
b) Other reason - there is support for TeX.
c) Could be an easy two day urop project...
