Yes, but people are going to have to learn to maintain this directory
structure, people who weren't around when it was being planned, and random nosey users *will* wander around in these directories.
I'd like to try to establish a directory tree which makes sense if you just
wander in and start navigating it. This is how I've gained most of my
understanding of the layout of outland and the sipb locker.
