Seeing how the Mosaic wrapper script in the sipb locker attaches half
of the known universe, and
Seeing how it does so for just about every locker that contains a
piece of software that it uses, and
Seeing how, among other things, it runs "bulbit" from the library
locker, and
Seeing how it didn't attach library, and
Seeing how Bill Cattey was looking for a way to fix this,
Seeing how I should stop this silly "seeing how" business or someone
will strangle me,
I've made the Mosaic script attach the "library" locker.
It's going in effect when the sipb locker propagates.
If you have a problem with this, change it back. =)
