I received this notice just as Mosaic crashed:

-----------------
Congratulations, you have found a bug in
NCSA Mosaic 2.4 (L10N/Fish) SIPB on DEC Ultrix.

If a core file was generated in your directory,
please run 'dbx Mosaic' (or 'dbx /path/Mosaic' if the
Mosaic executable is not in your current directory)
and then type:
  dbx> where
and mail the results, and a description of what you were doing at the time,
to bug-sipb@mit.edu. We thank you for your support.
-----------------

No core file was generated. I was transferring 6 Mb of compressed
data from some Web site at Harvard Med School showing CT scans of
some guy's brain. Data transfer was successful, Mosaic said that
uncompression was successful, then it crashed.

Hope this helps, sorry I don't have a core for you to look at.
