Okay.. I agree with the fact that absolute paths might be dangerous..
I completely disagree with the need to have local help files.. NCSA has not gone
down for a while, and the likelihood of them going down for a while is low.
(remember, it tends to be several machines.. a router problem is more
likely).
NCSA itself says you should NOT need local docs, since theirs is better and
gets updated regularly. I don't think we want to have a pointer to an outdated
and unsupported document (and I don't believe the one they have for download is
any more up-to-date, since they claim they only put it up for people who really
fell like they need it.
I could put the link back (the file is still there, taking up space for no
good reason), but I think it would be better to leave it out, and if we
get too many problems because of NCSA going lame, put it back...
