I do not think it is ready, nor do I think it has been tested enough,
to be installed on a working machine.
In addition to which, I think some official sysdev discussion of
exactly how it should function should take place before we start
installing it on Athena machines.
Now granted, the SIPB can make it do whatever we want and install in
on dialup{1,2} if we want to, but I still think it should be tested
more first.
