I would like for what is currently usable to be placed in the sipb
locker at the sources/build trees to placed in the sipbsrc locker.
bert is planning on reworking the sipb locker tex install, I believe.
In any case, we really shouldn't install things until all platforms
are available if it can be helped, as in this case. If you need space
to put them or something like that, let me know.
