Well, I'm on a serious power-high since I was volunteered to be
maintainer of the Sipb locker, and I'm out to start making some
serious changes.
Here is my first serious change, and I don't care if you think this is
too radical, because that's just the type of maintainer I am.

The f2p program has been superseded by fig2dev. To use fig2dev to
produce a pic file from a fig file named `file.fig,' you can do this:
athena% add sipb
athena% fig2dev -L pic file.fig file.pic
For more information you can read the fig2dev man page:
athena% man fig2dev
This script will go away eventually.
