Hi.
There are a couple of ways of doing this. The first (and probably
easiest) is to try to use the UA's voting mechanism. However, if you
really want to use email, I'd suggest using something like PGP (add
pgpdev) or RIPEM to authenticate the mail messages, which means that
no one can modify any of the mail messages.
Unfortunately, there is no code available right now that would do what
you want (I've been working, slowly, on a generic mailer program, but
that won't be done for a long time).
