Note: if a new user goes to Dash, goes to On Line Help and asks for
I-Latex, the user is shown version 3.0. Also, there is an error:
xdvi: special "psfile=funky-owl.PS hoffset=-100" not implemented

One approach would be to include a guide.ps file and change the
olh previewer to ghostview...
