Have you made any of the changes discussed on bug-sipb or just
arbitrarily reinstalled it because you want it to be there?
I think he arbitrarily reinstalled it, just as you arbitrarily deleted
it....

I did not arbitrarily delete it. I asked several weeks ago if there
was any reason to keep it around. Since the SIPB is always so eager
to help, I assume that anyone who had such a reason would have gladly
offered it. None were offered.
I've already pointed this out at least twice, including the message I
sent out a few weeks ago.
